Coldway’s Preventative Maintenance and Repairs offering is designed to maximise equipment life cycle capability as an alternate to the run to failure mindset whilst ensuring that safety and equipment standards along with operations excellence are maintained at all times.

Coldway have the ability to track jobs in real time, our technicians have all your site details and history (including each unit) at their fingertips that allow identification any trends almost immediately.

Our systems create the standard reports which are provided at the end of each maintenance cycle as well as the ability to create ad-hoc reporting in line with customer requests. Furthermore, it provides a formal communication portal that captures and tracks all items to ensure that no information is lost.

Coldway has found that Maintenance arrangement compared to run to fail is cost effective in many capital-intensive processes, offers flexibility through the adjustment of maintenance periodicity, increased component life cycle and more efficient running which leads to energy savings relative to badly (if at all) maintained equipment. So much so that we have found reduced equipment or process failure and approximately 12% to 18% cost savings over the reactive approach over the life of the unit.
